Sometimes God brings people into your life before you ever understand why.
For us, it started simply. We were neighbors in Orlando.
What began as proximity grew into friendship, and somewhere along the way, we realized how much we had in common. We shared a love for fashion, creativity, community, and most importantly, a love for Jesus.
We are Megan and Cristian, the friends and believers behind Amen Collective, and this brand grew naturally from the things God had already placed in both of our lives.
Friendship, Faith & Fashion
As our friendship grew, so did the conversations about what we loved and what we felt called to do.
Megan comes from a background in the apparel industry and brings years of experience, creativity, and an eye for turning an idea into something people genuinely want to wear. Cristian is the social one, deeply involved in serving his church, connecting with people, and looking for new ways to make an impact in the community.
Two different strengths, one shared foundation.
Jesus is King.
And we wanted to create something that wasn't afraid to say that.
We had both seen Christian apparel everywhere, but we also saw an opportunity. Faith-based clothing didn't have to fit into one particular aesthetic. It could be bold. Minimal. Vintage. Colorful. Streetwear-inspired. Playful. Fashion-forward.
It could look like the people wearing it.
That's where our slogan came from:
Faith Looks Good on You.
Because we believe it does.
It Started With Us Wearing the Message
Amen Collective didn't begin with some huge launch or complicated business plan.
It started with us creating shirts we wanted to wear ourselves.
We wore them around Orlando, to church, while running errands, meeting friends, and simply going about our everyday lives.
Then people started asking about them.
Where did you get that shirt?
Can I get one?
Do you sell these?
Those little interactions meant something to us. What started as creativity between two friends suddenly felt like it could become something more.
A shirt can seem like such a simple thing, but the message on it can open a conversation. It can encourage someone. It can remind another believer of something they needed to hear that day. It can plant a seed.
We began to feel that maybe God had given us this shared passion for a reason.
Jesus Is Our King
At the center of Amen Collective is not clothing.
It's Jesus.
Fashion is simply one of the ways we know how to share what we believe.
We want to create pieces that Christians are excited to wear, not only because of what they say, but because they genuinely love the way they look and feel in them.
Our designs are created to be conversation starters, reminders of truth, expressions of faith, and sometimes simply a cool shirt that happens to carry the most important message we know.
We aren't trying to make faith fashionable.
We believe faith already looks good on you.
More Than a Clothing Brand
Amen Collective is still growing, and so are we.
We're two friends building something together, learning along the way, trusting God with where it leads, and using the individual gifts He gave us.
Megan brings her experience in apparel and her passion for creating pieces that feel current, intentional, and wearable.
Cristian brings his heart for people, his involvement in the church, and a desire to serve the community in even bigger ways.
Together, we want Amen Collective to become more than a place to buy Christian clothing.
We want it to be a community.
A brand that gives back.
A brand that serves.
A brand that encourages people to be open about their faith.
A brand that reminds people that following Jesus doesn't require us to lose the creativity, personality, and individuality He gave us.
This Is Just the Beginning
When we look back, it's pretty amazing to think that this started with two neighbors becoming friends.
But that's often how God works.
Something ordinary becomes meaningful. A friendship becomes a partnership. A creative idea becomes an opportunity to serve. A shirt becomes a conversation.
We don't know exactly where God will take Amen Collective, but we know who we want at the center of it.
Jesus is our King.
We are friends. We are believers. We love fashion. We love our community.
